Refund policy

At Norlén Studios, we want you to love what you order, and if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, and to be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. I

f you'd like a different size or colour instead, you can exchange your item within the same 30-day window by simply placing a new order for the item you'd like and returning the original item to us. To start a return or exchange, please contact us at norlenstudios@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, and approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping on your original order is free, however if you wish to return an item you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Certain items may not be eligible for return, including final sale items and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
